Jane's Beach Fales is operated by a local family on family owned land in the village of Manase. We offer three types of fales - 2 absolute beach front units built on wooden stilts, five slightly smaller beach fales with private veranda and six garden fales, one of which can sleep a family of six. Our fales follow traditional design but offer more privacy from the conventional fales having an enclosed sleeping area.
Our communal restaurant is set amongst coconut groves bedside the beach. We have rental bikes on site and a scuba diving operator based at our resort.

Getting There:
Polynesian Airlines offers fights from Faleolo Intternational Airport on the north west coast of Upolu to Moata Airport, about five km from Salelologa Town on the south eastern tip of Savai'i. Cost is about ST$50 one way with five flights per day and take just 20 minutes offering aerial sightseeing on the way. Ferries depart Mulifanua Wharf on eastern Upolu five times a day, costing just ST$7 one way and taking 1 hour and 15 minutes. There's a twice daily fast ferry taking just 45-minutes and costing a couple dollars more.
The easiest way to get to Janes at Manase is to take the Green Turtle Tour which stops at the blowholes every day. Green Turtle are based in Salelologa and depart each day at 8am from Salelologa Wharf and reaches Manase at 9am. Simply purchase your travel pass which enables you to hop-on and hop-off the bus as many times as you like during your stay and take a scenic and educational tour en-route.
A taxi direct to Manase from Salelologa Wharf will cost about ST$30 (takes 50 minutes).
Car rental is best arranged from Apia and brought with you on the ferry.
There is a limited bus service to Manase but you will probably find one awaiting the ferry at Salelologa Wharf, although it is likely to be crowded.
